CINELLI 30 DAY TEST RIDE

We are so confident that you’ll love your new Cinelli bike, we’ll let you ride it for a full 30 days, and in the rare event that you don’t like it, just contact us and we can arrange its return. We will have the bike collected from you, free of charge for a full refund on your purchase price. Make sure you keep the box and packaging your bike arrived in so it can be reused to send it back.

The 30-Day test ride is available on all bikes purchased from cinellibicycles.co.uk, excluding the following:

• Bikes shipped from us to addresses outside the UK.
• Bikes purchased with Finance or with Cycle Scheme/Cycle to Work vouchers.
• Bikes where the purchase price was discounted more than 15% from the original RRP.
• Bikes purchased from other retailers not directly from our website.
• Bikes purchased from the Chicken CycleKit eBay Clearance Outlet.
• Frames/bikes which have been custom painted or manufactured in a custom size.
• Special Order bikes and frames
• Any model purchased as a frameset only

Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your bike. We will arrange to have the bike picked up from you by a courier. You must use the original box and packaging, and the bike should be part disassembled in the same way that it arrived with you originally. This will usually involve twisting the handlebars and removing the pedals.

If you need a new bike box, just let us know and one can be provided for you at a cost of £25. This amount would be deducted from the refund you’d receive for your returned bike.

We want you to be able to test your bike fully in the 30 day trial period, so take it out on the road and enjoy it - we are so confident that you’ll LOVE IT!

For the bike to remain eligible for a return under this trial, we ask that you adopt a fair usage frame of mind, and ensure you do not damage the bike in any way, outside of the usual minimal wear you would expect from a bike which has only been ridden for a few rides during 30 days.

For health and safety reasons, your bike should also be clean on return. Bikes returned dirty will incur a £30 surcharge for cleaning, which will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a bike return and refund under this policy in the event we inspect the bike and observe any of the following:

• The bike or components have been significantly damaged, outside of the minimal wear you would expect from a bike which has only been ridden for 30 days.
• The bike has been modified from the original specification in which it was supplied.
• Use of the bicycle for abnormal, competition and/or commercial activities or for purposes other than those for which the bicycle was designed.
• Damage caused by the customer failing to follow the quick start guide, included with every bike purchased from us directly.
• Damage caused by the customer failing to seek advice from a professional bicycle mechanic if they are unsure about setting up their bike correctly.
